SOLD

So we have been trying to purchase a house in Salem that is a forclosure since May, with no luck. The people that are the owners and the ones being forclosed on have not been very willing to negotiate even though it is in their best interest. The house was supposed to go to auction at the end of September. A couple weeks before the action date we still hadn't sold our house so we figured we would just stay in our house. Less than a week before the auction we got an offer on our house and we sold it. Then go figure, the action got postponed. So we had to move out of our house without having another one to move in to in less than two weeks. So now we are living with Cade and Lindsay. I am so thankful that they are so kind and generous to let us stay with them. Living with in-laws is actually a lot funner than I had heard about from others. Ryan and I get to spend so much time with Gavin! He is so much fun! He loves to wake us up in the mornings if he is awake before us. He stands at the door and says, "Autumn open the door!" It's great! Probably not so great for Cade and Linds but we really do appreciate them. We are still hoping to purchase the home at the auction at the end of October, but if that doesn't work out we are going to keep looking for something else.
